Last week we hosted BrandScore Live at Spaces Crossway, Birmingham, and what a brilliant lunch time session it turned out to be. A full room, great energy, thoughtful questions, and a real appetite for understanding what makes a brand stand out.
BrandScore was created with a simple purpose: to show businesses what’s actually driving brand performance. And how clarity, consistency, and competitive positioning can transform the way audiences think and feel about you.
Rather than talking theory, we wanted to demonstrate BrandScore live in action, going through the same process we use to analyse, benchmark and elevate brands.
Seeing your brand from the outside looking in
One of the biggest takeaways from the event was how valuable it is to step outside your own brand bubble. We unpacked the difference between what businesses think their brand communicates versus how it truly appears against competitors, through the eyes of customers.
Attendees saw how visual identity, tone of voice, storytelling, and consistency all play a measurable role. And how a seemingly small detail can snowball into something much larger that massively affects perceptions or experiences.
