Notepad are fully committed to creating positive impacts in the world around us, and that guides who we are as a business. We hold ourselves to incredibly high standards and make sure that our actions always benefit the planet, our people, communities and clients.

Our sustainability practices

Notepad believes in reuse, recycle to minimise our measurable impact on the environment across our operations. This shapes our practices and behaviours as a team, affecting how and where we work. 

100% of our team works from home 2 or 3 days per week, reducing our commuting energy and overall carbon footprint. As much as possible we work digitally, serving as a paperless-first studio. Furthermore, we actively promote recycling and minimise landfill waste by providing clear guidance on how to dispose or reuse waste in our studio.

By default we choose local, ethical suppliers throughout our operations. Ethical suppliers such as Who Gives a Crap and Union coffee to name a few. We also regularly survey our suppliers to ensure they are operating to their own high standards of ESG. Whilst also collaborating with a host of amazing clients who are playing a key role in protecting the planet, such as WWF, CPW, Glenmorangie and many more.

Prioritise people

As a business we constantly strive to create a positive working environment for our people. This ensures that our support, benefits and culture are a leading example of how organisations should operate. We recently won an award from our mental health service provider, Spill, being named in the top 25 companies in the UK for Psychological Safety.

We always want our team members to be safe, secure, healthy, happy and motivated, helping everyone to believe in the collective Notepad vision and create lasting changes together.
